Cartotecnica Rossi main sponsor of the Tarty Plastic Free project
Educating children to respect the environment means investing in the future, starting with the youngest generations.
For this reason, Cartotecnica Rossi chose to take part as main sponsor in the Tarty Plastic Free project, an educational initiative developed for the primary schools of Arsiero (Vicenza, Italy), aimed at raising awareness about plastic reduction and marine protection.
The project, promoted by the Mondo Green Association and carried out with the patronage of the Municipality of Arsiero, actively involved students through storytelling, games, and creative workshops, turning environmental education into a concrete, engaging, and enjoyable experience.
The Tarty Plastic Free project
Tarty Plastic Free was created with a clear goal: helping young students understand the impact of plastic on the environment and encouraging more conscious daily habits.
Through the story of Tarty, a friendly sea turtle, children are guided on an educational journey that addresses ocean protection, pollution, and responsible choices, using simple and accessible language.
At the end of the project, each student received a dedicated kit, designed to help translate words into everyday actions, such as using the Tarty Plastic Free reusable bottle instead of single-use plastic bottles.
An initiative appreciated by schools and local institutions
The activities carried out in the schools of Arsiero were met with great enthusiasm. Children took part with curiosity and active engagement, teachers recognized the educational value of the initiative, and the local administration publicly expressed appreciation for the success of the project, thanking all the sponsors involved.
According to the organizers, the project was experienced as a shared moment of growth, capable of combining learning, enjoyment, and environmental responsibility.
The support of Cartotecnica Rossi
For Cartotecnica Rossi, supporting initiatives like Tarty Plastic Free means staying true to its core values: environmental awareness, social responsibility, and a strong connection to the local community.
We believe that environmental education also comes through concrete actions and projects that can leave a lasting impact, especially when they involve younger generations.
Being part of this journey — by contributing to the realization of the project and to the delivery of kits to every student — is a source of pride for us. A tangible way to turn commitment into actions that speak to people, starting with children.
